Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before browsing or placing orders on the VELIO Mart e-commerce platform.

1. Platform Services

VELIO Mart operates as an advanced multi-vendor marketplace connecting verified sellers with customers. By registering, placing an order, or utilizing our PWA application, you agree to comply with all platform regulations, security practices, and fair usage guidelines.

2. Pricing, Taxes & Billing

All prices listed on the marketplace are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian taxation laws. Tax invoices featuring vendor GSTIN, platform commission split, and HSN codes are provided upon shipment dispatch.

3. Payment Gateway Security

All online payments are securely processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateway. VELIO Mart does not store raw credit/debit card credentials or bank PINs on its application servers.

4. Seller Verification & KYC

Vendors on VELIO Mart are subject to mandatory business identity verification (GSTIN, PAN, and business bank account validation). Sellers bear exclusive responsibility for the genuineness and warranty obligations of listed goods.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
